Pan-Disability Football is a pathway for players with a broad spectrum of impairments and health conditions.
Here at Goalden Football Academy we provide a safe environment where young people with any special educational need or impairment can flourish playing the game they love, led by experienced FA Qualified Disability Coaches and supported by Sussex FA.
- Tailored Coaching Philosophy: Our Session Plans are flexible and designed to adapt to various needs & situations (e.g. visual training aids, a low-stimulus environment, regular breaks, and small coach-to-player ratios).
- Please note that numbers are limited to a maximum of 24 players only (2 groups of 12 split by age & ability) with 2 Coaches each. This is to ensure a small coach to player ratio & a calm environment. Boys & girls of ALL abilities are welcome. Should we ever become oversubscribed then a Waiting List will run on a first come first serve basis, in order to let people know when a space becomes available for them. So don’t delay – JOIN TODAY!
- Sessions are a combination of technical improvement, fun games and small sided matches. All sessions are developmentally appropriate, expertly planned and professionally executed.
- The emphasis is on Positivity, Enjoyment & Player Development.
- Example: Arrival & Mood Check → Fun Warm-up → Skill Zone → Passing & Possession Game → Small-Sided Match → Cool Down & Reflection.
